Roles and Responsibilities

The Managing Director is accountable for the overall HSE performance and compliance of the company and provides strategic direction and leadership on HSE matters. The HSE Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and reviewing the HSE policy, plan, and procedures and for providing guidance and support to the project teams and site managers on HSE issues.
